Text messages are billed by your own Twilio account (a few cents each). Card fees are charged by your payment processor.
Questions
What is a seat?
One seat for each active staff member: every practitioner, stylist, therapist or front-desk person who has a login or takes bookings. Clients never need a seat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets 30 days free. Your card is taken by Stripe at sign-up but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Do I pay more for more locations?
No. Add as many locations as you like; you only pay for seats. A practitioner who works at two locations still uses one seat.
Do you charge sales tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. GST or HST is added for your province, plus provincial sales tax where it applies to software.
Can I add or remove seats?
Any time, from Seats & billing in your platform. Added seats are charged for the rest of the month and removed seats are credited.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
No setup fees and no contracts. Pay monthly and cancel whenever you like; your platform stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
Do I need my own payment processor?
Only to take cards online. Connect Stripe, Square or PayPal in a few minutes using our step-by-step guides, or take payment in person and by e-Transfer.
