BookNavio is operated by Ravalak Web Solutions, Airdrie, Alberta, Canada.

What we collect

For businesses that sign up: the business name, address, owner’s name, email and phone, and billing details (cards are held by Stripe, not by us). Each business decides what client information it keeps in its own platform; that information belongs to the business.

How it is kept

Each business has its own private database. Access is limited to that business’s team and to BookNavio support when the business asks for help. Connections are encrypted.

How we use it

To run and bill the service, send account emails, and help with support. We never sell personal information.

Your choices

Businesses can export their data and close their account at any time. Clients of a business should contact that business about their records. Questions: info@booknavio.ca.
