BookNavio: $49.99 for the first seat, $24.99 each for seats 2–10 and $17.99 from seat 11, every feature included, 0% commission. Every active staff member with a login is a seat, front desk included. Jane prices from jane.app/pricing, checked November 3, 2026: Practice $79/month including one full-time practitioner, then $35 per full-time practitioner ($17.50 part-time); Thrive $99/month, then $40 per full-time practitioner ($20 part-time). Jane doesn't charge for admin staff with no bookings. Jane lists add-ons such as AI Scribe and group telehealth ($15 per practitioner each) and insurance billing ($20/month plus per-practitioner fees), which aren't in the table.
The differences that matter day to day

- ✓ Try before you pay: BookNavio has a 14-day free trial (your card is taken at sign-up but not charged until the trial ends). Jane's pricing page says it doesn't offer a free trial and offers a demo instead.

How a move from Jane works
- Start your free trial and pick your address.
- Download your data exports from Jane and send them to sales@booknavio.ca, or use Import data in your platform.
- We bring across clients and contact details, services and prices, staff, upcoming and past appointments, packages, gift card balances and chart notes. Every import can be undone.
- Check everything, then swap your booking link on your website, Google Business Profile and Instagram. Your Jane account isn't changed until you close it.

Is BookNavio cheaper than Jane App?
Yes, at every team size for full-time practitioners. One practitioner is $49.99 a month on BookNavio against $79 on Jane Practice and $99 on Jane Thrive; five practitioners are $149.95 against $219 and $259 (CAD, before tax, Jane prices checked November 3, 2026). BookNavio also takes 0% commission on every transaction.
Can I bring my chart notes from Jane?
Yes. Chart notes come across with your clients, services, staff, appointments, packages and gift card balances. Send us your exports and we do the import with you, or run it yourself from Import data.
Can I try BookNavio before I cancel Jane?
Yes. Every new business gets 14 days free. Import your data, check it, and only switch your booking link when you're happy.
What if I want to leave BookNavio later?
You can. There's no contract: cancel any time and your platform stays open until the end of the period you paid for. From Data & backup you can download a complete copy of your clients, appointments, chart notes, forms, sales and settings as one file, as often as you like, and take it with you.
