Does BookNavio do insurance receipts for physiotherapy?
Yes. Receipts show the practitioner’s name and registration number, and you can track each claim and what the insurer paid. You submit the claim in the insurer’s own portal, such as TELUS eClaims or Pacific Blue Cross, and record the result in BookNavio.
Can clients fill in their intake forms before the first visit?
Yes. The health history, consent and privacy forms go out with the booking confirmation, and clients fill them in and sign on their phone before they arrive. You see the answers in their file.
