What you pay as your team grows
ClinicSense charges in US dollars. To compare fairly we converted at 1.35 Canadian dollars per US dollar, the low end of the past year's exchange rate, so ClinicSense will usually cost a little more than shown. All prices are monthly, before tax, for full-time practitioners.

ClinicSense includes office staff (5 on Standard, 15 on Premium) and takes 1 month off for annual billing.
The differences that matter day to day
- ✓ Lower price on every plan: even ClinicSense Lite (one practitioner, 20 appointments a month) is about $52.65, against $49.99 for BookNavio with unlimited appointments.
- ✓ No appointment limits: BookNavio never counts your bookings. ClinicSense Standard is capped at 200 appointments a month.
- ✓ 0% commission and Canadian billing: BookNavio bills in CAD, works out GST, HST, PST and QST for your province, and never takes a cut of your payments.
- ✓ More than massage and physio: the same platform runs salons, spas, counselling, naturopathy and fitness studios, with multiple locations in one account.

How a move from ClinicSense works
- Start your free trial and pick your address.
- Download your data exports from ClinicSense and send them to sales@booknavio.ca, or use Import data in your platform.
- We bring across clients and contact details, services and prices, staff, upcoming and past appointments, packages, gift card balances and chart notes. Every import can be undone.
- Check everything, then swap your booking link on your website, Google Business Profile and Instagram. Your ClinicSense account isn't changed until you close it.

Is BookNavio cheaper than ClinicSense?
Yes, on every ClinicSense plan at every team size for full-time practitioners. For five practitioners BookNavio is $149.95 CAD a month against US$149 (about $201.15) on Standard and US$179 (about $241.65) on Premium, and BookNavio has no appointment limits and takes 0% commission.
Can I bring my SOAP notes from ClinicSense?
Yes. Chart notes come across with your clients, services, staff, appointments, packages and gift card balances. Send us your exports and we do the import with you, or run it yourself from Import data.
Does BookNavio do TELUS Health eClaims?
BookNavio produces insurance receipts and tracks claims with your practitioners' registration numbers, but you submit the claim in the insurer's own portal (TELUS eClaims, Pacific Blue Cross and so on) and record the result in BookNavio. If direct eClaims matter to your practice, ask us at sales@booknavio.ca before you switch.
What if I want to leave BookNavio later?
You can. There's no contract: cancel any time and your platform stays open until the end of the period you paid for. From Data & backup you can download a complete copy of your clients, appointments, chart notes, forms, sales and settings as one file, as often as you like, and take it with you.
